Booking policy

> Language notice: this English text is provided for the convenience of international guests. S&J operates in Colombia and the Spanish version, Colombian law and the version accepted with the booking remain the controlling legal references.

1. Direct request

The guest chooses dates and guest count, checks availability and price, selects an accommodation, enters the required information and submits the request. The request is recorded as pending confirmation. Submitting it does not itself create a confirmed booking.

2. Temporary hold

A pending request temporarily holds the dates for 24 hours. If it is not confirmed during that period, it may expire and release the dates automatically.

3. Rate

The direct base rate is COP 80,000 per guest per night in all four accommodations. The total shown before submission is recorded by the system.

4. Payment

The website does not collect online payment at this time. For direct bookings, the minimum deposit required for confirmation is 50% of the total accommodation price. Send the deposit to +57 312 500 2575 and share the receipt by WhatsApp for validation.

5. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

6. Capacity

Occupancy may not exceed the published capacity. Guests who must be included in the legally required accommodation records must provide the necessary information.

7. Minors

Minors are not accepted for accommodation or day use unless accompanied or duly authorised by a parent or legal guardian. Supporting documents may be requested.

8. Changes

Changes to dates, guest count or accommodation are subject to availability and may change the total price. A modification is effective only after confirmation.

9. Confirmation

The request remains pending until S&J records at least 50% of the total as received. Only then can it move to confirmed status, and S&J sends confirmation to the guest. Later cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy.
